陈进，男，1979年11月生，湖北钟祥人。2005年6月毕业于武汉大学经济管理学院金融学专业，获经济学硕士学位。2008年7月聘任助理研究员，2011年取得副研究员资格。
近年来，作为课题负责人主持完成各类课题8项，参加完成各类课题20余项，撰写的16篇报告发表在院主办的《领导参阅》、《专报》上，在省级以上刊物公开发表文章15篇。作为主要参与者完成了武汉市社科基金课题《中部崛起与武汉资本市场的发展》、《武汉区域金融中心建设与发展研究》，市发改委十二五重大前期招标课题《在新的起点上推进武汉区域金融中心建设》，主持或参与完成多项院重点课题及横向协作课题。注重理论研究与应用对策研究相结合，为市委市政府决策服务，近年来共有近十项成果获得省市领导肯定批示。

Chen Jin, male, was born in November 1979 with a native of Zhongxiang in Hubei. He graduated from the Economics and Management College of Wuhan University in June 2005, major in Finance, obtained a master's degree in economics. He was appointed to be an assistant researcher in July 2008 and got the certification of an associate researcher in 2011.
In recent years, as the project leader, he presided over the completion of eight kinds of topics, and has taken part in more than 20 kinds of topics, has written 16 reports published on the court-sponsored "Leaders Reference " and "Special Reports", has published 15 articles in the provincial publications, has completed Social Science Fund Projects of Wuhan City such as <Rise of Central China and Wuhan Capital Market Development> and < Construction and Development of Wuhan Regional Financial Center>, has finished the major pre-tender subject of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission 12th-five Plan—To Promote the Construction of Wuhan Regional Financial Center at a New Starting Point and has presided over and participated in a number of key issues of Wuhan Academics of Social Sciences and corporation topics with other organizations. In recent years, focusing on combining theoretical research and application of countermeasures, serving for the municipal government decision-making, he has received certainly instructions of nearly ten reports by provincial and municipal leaders.
