石峰，男，湖北省丹江口市人。武汉市政府213人才（2000）、武汉市有突出贡献中青年专家（2005）。曾在政府科技管理部门从事科技体制改革与科技产业政策研究等工作5年，后转至学术机构从事科技发展战略与科技政策研究，现为武汉市社会科学院研究员。先后主持省、市软科学项目十多项，在《科学学研究》、《自然辨证法研究》、《科技导报》、《中国软科学》等刊物发表学术论文30余篇。代表性学术观点：系统性科技体制改革观、科技资本营运观、创业经济发展观。

Shi Feng, male and from the Han nationality, is a native of Danjiangkou, Hubei Province. In 2000, he was supported by Wuhan 213 Talent Project. In 2005, he was awarded a young & middle-aged expert with outstanding contribution in Wuhan. He used to be an official at Wuhan Science and Technology Bureau. He is researcher at Wuhan Academy of Social Sciences. His academic expertise is the strategy and policy of scientific & technological development. 10 projects of him have been supported by the Provincial Soft Science Fund.30 academic papers have been published by core journals such as Studies in Science of Science, Journal of Dialectics of Nature, Science & Technology Review and China Soft Science.
